On May 12th, under the escort of Qingdao Maritime Department, the “Haikui No.1”, Asia’s first cylindrical floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) facility, self-designed and built by China, left the Qingdao international high-end equipment manufacturing base of China National Offshore Oil Corporation and set sail.
