The 34th Qingdao International Beer Festival opened on July 19 at the Beer City in the West Coast New Area of Qingdao, China’s Shandong province, marking the start of a 24-day carnival. This year, citizens and tourists can enjoy more than 2,200 domestic and foreign beer brands such as Qingdao Beer, Heineken from the Netherlands, Carlsberg from Denmark, Warsteiner from Germany, and Super Bock from Portugal. During the 24 days, there will also be over 2,000 activities including music performances, art parades, and sports competitions.

At 9:46 a.m. on July 18, the G4007 Fuxing high-speed train slowly started from Heze East Station, marking the full operation of the Rizhao-Lankao high-speed railway. The fastest time from Rizhaoxi Station to Lankaonan Station is 2 hours and 26 minutes, further shortening the time and space distance between the Shandong Peninsula urban cluster and the Central Plains urban cluster.
