Shandong’s total value of imports and exports increases by 5.5% in Q1

The Information Office of Shandong Provincial People’s Government held a press conference on April 17th to introduce the overall situation of foreign trade in Shandong Province in Q1. According to the conference, the total value of imports and exports in Shandong reached 770.06 billion yuan in Q1, a year-on-year increase of 5.5%, higher than the national average growth rate of 5%. Among them, exports amounted to 470.62 billion yuan, an increase of 11%; imports amounted to 299.44 billion yuan, a decrease of 2.1%.
