On September 9th, the 23rd China (Zibo) International Ceramics Exposition kicked off in Zibo Convention and Exhibition Centre, focusing on ceramic culture, innovation as well as its development.

On the opening ceremony, the promotional video themed on “Charming Ceramics & Glaze, Wonderful Life” was showcased and the list of the top ten arts and crafts was also unveiled to the public.




It is reported that this year’s Ceramics Expo has set up one main venue and five sub-venues. More than 1,500 enterprises, universities, master-level workshops were invited to participate. Besides, more than 20 artists and 7 foreign brands have participated in this grand event, who are from 9 domestic ceramic main producing areas and 12 countries such as South Korea, Germany, the United Kingdom and Russia. In particular, the “Consumer Goods Exhibition Area” was set up for the first time with the participation of more than 40 Zibo enterprises concerning clothing, food and furniture etc, which serve as foils to ceramic products and better showcase the beauty of Zibo and its profound heritage.
