On October 11th, with the theme of “Led by Talent, Driven by Innovation”, a dialogue on high-quality development of human resources, jointly organized by the Organization Department of the CPC Shandong Provincial Committee, Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province, and Department of Commerce of Shandong Province, was held at the Qingdao International Conference Center. This dialogue invites well-known scholars, experts, and leaders of human resources companies, etc., to explore the high-quality development path of human resources and promote new achievements in talent introduction and retention in Shandong through keynote speeches, high-end dialogues, and cooperation negotiations.
Human resources are the primary resources for promoting economic and social development, while the human resources service industry is an important force in promoting employment and optimizing the allocation of talents. In recent years, Shandong has adhered to the "four-wheel drivers" of policy guidance, enterprise cultivation, talent development, and industrial parks development. Thus, Shandong has ensured the provision of public services, gradual growth of market services, more obvious agglomeration effects, more diverse service formats and a better business environment, paving a new path for the innovative development of the human resources service industry.
Shandong is the only province in the country with three national-level human resources service industry parks. It has cultivated a large number of backbone brand institutions to stimulate the "group vitality" through the "head wild goose effect". With high standards of construction and open development, Shandong sees a promising future in the human resources service industry.
At this year's Qingdao Multinationals Summit, Shandong injects human resources service elements into it for the first time, so as to broaden the communication channels between human resources service enterprises and multinational companies, as well as further expand the international market.
