Recently, “Friendly Shandong, Remarkable Shandong ‘I love you’” event invited international students from Shandong Polytechnic College to experience grape harvest in Rencheng District, Jining City.

“Grapes here are so delicious, and each variety has a different taste! " said Li Xingjian, an international student, "Thailand also has similar grape varieties, but the grape taste better here, which is particularly magical!”​

They came to the vineyard located in the core area of the production area. After receiving brief introductions and safety training from professionals, they held baskets and scissors and embarked on this wonderful experience. International students carefully cut strings of ripe grapes according to the guidance of the staff, and then gently put them into the basket.

They also had in-depth exchanges with local farmers. The farmers introduced their experience and stories of planting grapes to them, and also shared various interesting stories and legends about grapes.
