Recently, international students visited Xintai, a prefecture-level city of Tai’an city, to explore the traditional story of Liuxia Hui and the development of modern intelligent agriculture.

Hesheng Park in the city is a large-scale theme park built to commemorate Liuxia Hui, the famous politician, diplomat and founder of "He" culture in China during the Spring and Autumn Period, integrating functions of tourism, cultural exchanges, vacation and leisure.

Expats experienced the culture and charm of Hanfu. With dressing the traditional clothing, they performed the ceremony of paying respects to the master and learned the writing of Chinese characters.

After then, they visited Baihui Manor of Changxing Agriculture, which is a comprehensive modern agricultural demonstration zone integrating agricultural production, ecology, living, sightseeing, leisure and service.

They learned about the uses and characteristics of different plants, their medicinal and edible values, as well as the use of various modernized agricultural equipment in the intelligent greenhouse.

“The aquaponics farming and planting method is very creative, and the wines are very tasty. I like it!” said Reema Chatterjee.
