On the morning of March 29, the third Conference of Great Business Partners (CGBP) was officially inaugurated in Jinan, E China’s Shandong province. A total of 444 projects were signed, including 112 foreign-funded projects with an investment of 21.21 billion U.S. dollars. Among it, there are 257 domestic projects with a total investment of 546.224 billion yuan, and 75 cooperation projects with academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, academicians of overseas academic institutions awe well as national and provincial talents.

Among the signed projects, 236 were in manufacturing, covering such emerging industries as new energy, new materials, high-end equipment manufacturing and new-generation information technology.

50 projects were signed on the morning, including 20 foreign-invested projects with an investment of 3.45 billion U.S. dollars, 20 domestic projects with an investment of 100.53 billion yuan, and 10 talent cooperation projects.
