The Rizhao-South Korea video meeting on containing the COVID-19 was held on June 9, 2020. People’s Hospital of Rizhao, Hospital of Asia University and Pyeongtaek Good Morning Hospital attended the meeting.

Hospital of Asia University is the designated hospital for treating critical patients of COVID-19 in South Korea. Good Morning Hospital donated 114,000 face masks to Rizhao in February when the epidemic was rampant in China, giving a strong support to Rizhao in the epidemic prevention and control.

At the meeting, the medical teams of the two sides had pragmatic discussions on epidemic prevention and control, clinic treatment, nosocomial infection, prognostic management and development trendency.

Hospital of Asia University and Pyeongtaek Good Morning Hospital gave high affirmation to Rizhao for its effective anti-epidemic work. They said that the video meeting held at the crucial moment manifested the selfless dedication, pragmatic and humanitarian spirit of Rizhao, and expressed their hope for more such events.
