Recently, Qingdao released this year’s list of experts who enjoys special allowance from the municipal government. A total of 40 experts, scholars and high-skilled professionals were selected to the list. Cao Weifang, president of Qingdao High-tech Venture-capital Investment Co. Ltd (QDHVC), was one of the selected experts.

Qingdao Municipal Government Special Allowance is a reward system for high-level professional and technical talents, and high-skilled talents. Since launched in 2013, the selection has been held for four times, covering a wide range of universities, research institutes, the military and enterprises. The selection aims at strengthening the construction of high-level professional and technical personnel in Qingdao and creating a good social environment of respecting knowledge and talents.

In recent years, QDHVC has initiated 11 private equity funds, managed 3 external funds and build 8 technological finance platforms. Cao Weifeng has been honored as the 2017 Qingdao Economic Figure, Qingdao Excellent Entrepreneurs and the Country’s 70s Riske Investors.

In the future the company will continue to make innovations in the model of fund management and technology financial services to contribute to the development of Qingdao High-tech Zone.
