The launching ceremony of the new government service hall of Qingdao High-tech Zone was held on July 29. Shang Liqun, deputy secretary of the working committee and director of the management committee of the zone, and Zhang Huizuo, deputy director of Qingdao Municipal Bureau of Administrative Services attended the launching ceremony.

It marks Qingdao High-tech Zone taking the lead in the construction of a comprehensive government service hall in Qingdao, and the administration reform and service innovation of the city.

Taking the launching of the new service hall as an opportunity, Qingdao High-tech Zone achieves a one-stop handling of business including administrative examination and approval, construction project trading, tax services, exit and entry as well as vehicle management.

In terms of functional facilities, the new hall has set up a 24-hour self-service hall, expanded the capacity of self-service processing equipment, opened up functional areas for citizens to rest, and upgraded the maternal and infant rooms; for the software system, the city's first government service and traffic satisfaction analysis system has been developed and launched, and multimedia interactive terminals added at each window to improve citizens' experience. In terms of team construction, a government service outsourcing team has been introduced to promote more standardized and professional administrative service and management.

Next, Qingdao High-tech Zone government service hall will pilot the all-field, indiscriminate "one-window handling" reform, accelerate the process of approval service and e-card application sharing, and promote service modes including the chief service officer and joint approval service.

He Shi, Huang Diyong and Yin Yilin attended the launching ceremony.
