Shandong’s Grain Online platform makes its debut

The second China Grain Trade Conference kicked off on June 21, 2019 in Zhengzhou, central China’s Henan Province. Shandong Provincial Food and Strategic Reserves Administration with 65 enterprises of Shandong attended the conference and successfully held the marketing event of Qilu grain and oils. Grain Online (https://haoliangyou.net), the electric trading platform for grain, made its debut, providing a model of digital economy for grain and oil industry.

65 enterprises from16 cities of Shandong participated in the conference, covering such domestic famous grain and oil brands as Zhongyu, Fada, Luhua, Shilixiang and Jinsheng. More than 700 kinds of products in 8 categories were exhibited, including wheat flour and finished products, edible vegetable oil, rice and other products. Flour and peanut oil of Shandong were highlighted in the marketing event along with rice of Jilin, millet of Shanxi, Tianfu rap oil of Sichuan.

During the marketing event, the electric platform Grain Online, co-build by Shandong Province and Alibaba, made its debut. A stage play was put on the stage for the replay of case of Shandong Yuhuang Grain and Oil Food Co. Ltd., who made a deal via only one click through the platform. The detailed functions and operation flow were also vividly demonstrated through the stage play.

Zhengzhou is the fourth step of Qilu Grain and Oil in China, following the previous events in Beijing, Shanghai and Fuzhou. Different from the previous marketing events, this time the event was jointly held by Shandong, Jilin, Shanxi and Sichuan. The four provinces signed an agreement of brand innovation alliance to realize the vision of “resource sharing, joint construction of platform and common prosperity of brands.
