According to the press conference held yesterday, a total of 134 projects of such top ten industries as the new-generation information technology, high-end equipment, new material and modern marine has been signed during the Conference of Great Business Partners (CGBP), with the total contract value reaching 600 billion yuan. All the projects will be implemented within one year from the date of signing.

Zhang Airong, vice governor of Shandong Provinc, detailed the signed projects to the journalists. 128 of the 134 projects are investment-class projects, valuing 450 billion yuan in total. 6 of the 134 projects are fund-class projects, with the total contract value of 193 billion yuan. So far, 63 projects have entered the stage of effective investment, with a total investment of 4.44 billion yuan. The projects include not only the patent technology projects of key research institutions and well-known experts and scholars in foreign first-class universities, but also the investment projects of Fortune Global 500 enterprises. These projects not only represent the advanced technology level in China, but also fill the gaps in some industries in Shandong.

In addition, Shandong has achieved the docking of high-end talent projects through CGBP. After the conference, 57 employers have reached cooperation intention with 118 high-level talents and groups. Talent projects in 15 of the 17 cities were successfully docked, among which over ten projects belong to Jinan and Qingdao. These talents, projects and technical achievements will inject new energy into Shandong's development.

During the CGBP, Shandong also launched the cloud platform of “Select Shandong” , which enables domestic and overseas investors to have a deep understanding of Shandong’s investment and talent attraction environment. Now the platform has collected 600 key projects of the top ten industries, the job requirements of 539 employers and over 2,000 high-level personnel information.
