Shenzhou Company, a subsidiary corporation of Hixih Rubber Industry Group, rolled out its first tire, marking a new era for Chinese independent brand of tires as well as a new journey to high-quality development. Niu Yishun, Party Secretary of Hixih Group, and Niu Teng, chairman of the group, attended the off-line ceremony.

Shenzhou Company is capable of producing ten million sets of tires for high-performance cars each year with an input of 3.5 billion yuan. The factory buildings cover an area of over 0.35 million square kilometers.

With the adoption of the world’s leading technology, Shenzhou Company works with top device manufacturers and has the exclusive high-end devices made to order according to its technological route.

Now the company becomes an industrial leader of the manufacturing of tires for passenger cars, featuring the highest-level equipment, most-advanced technology and largest factory built in one time.

The project of tires for passenger car was launched on March 18, 2017 and it takes only 10 months to put the first phase of the project into operation, setting a new record in the world.

Niu Yishun said that the high quality and high speed highlight the strong cohesion, high combat effectiveness and great team spirit of Hixih Group. “Despite the sluggish economy, we have invested 6 billion yuan to two new projects, one is tire production for passenger cars and the other is the production of truck and bus tires,” said him. “This fully shows the strategic insight and tremendous strength of our group.”

The offline of the first tire for passenger cars of Shentong Company marks the birth of China’s independent brand of tires for up-market auto, Niu Yishun added. Next the company is going to spare no efforts in occupying the tire market with high-quality and cost-effective products, so as to break through the adverse situation as the domestic market of tires for up-market cars has been monopolized by foreign brands for a long time.
