Sino-German Ecopark yields fruitful results

The industrial project of the Glanzstoff Industrial Products Co., Ltd went into production on July 26, 2017 in Qingdao International Economic Cooperation Zone, also Sino-German Ecopark, in Qingdao, a coastal city of east China’s Shandong Province.

Zhang Jianguo, the deputy secretary of the leading Party group and deputy director of Qingdao International Economic Cooperation Zone and Ferdinando·Plastini, president of Glanzstoff Industrial Products Co., Ltd attended the opening ceremony of Glanzstoff’s operation.

As a wholly-owned subsidiary of CAG Holding, GmbH, headquartered in Austria, Glanzstoff settled down in the Sino-German Ecopark in November 2016 with an investment of 15 million yuan in the first period. The project of Glanzstoff involves the research and production of aramid fibers for meridian tires, cord threads, polyamide fabrics, polyester fibers, artificial fibers, and the production, marketing and foreign trade of mechanical equipments.

Glanzstoff has been taking leads in the production and processing of high-tenacity viscose filament yarns for technical applications and is an important system supplier and dependable partner for its customers.

More than one hundred projects from Germany, South Korea, Japan, Finland, New Zealand, India and other countries has moved into the Sino-German Ecopark by far. 16 companies including Siempelkamp, Obermeyer and Apulit Laboratory are hidden-champion enterprises and 7 are among the Fortune Global 500 companies, including Simens, Continental AG and Tata Group.

Qingdao International Economic Cooperation Zone (Sino-German Ecopark) has made specific plans and get ready to make its mark on the international stage.
