　　The media group of ‘Open Shandong’ Omni media reporting paid a visit to Haiifeng New Energy Industrial Park of Shandong Hailifeng Clean Energy Co., Ltd (Hialifeng) on Nov. 29, 2016, in Dongying, east China’s Shandong Province.

　　Lifengyuan New Energy Industrial Park, which is invested and constructed by Lifeng Group, covers an area of 301 mus and a total construction area of 116,100 square meters. Around 5,000 GSHP (ground-source heat pump) and 50 electric workover rigs, enable offshore oil production on land. The production is produced here annually. The park was established to create the biggest production base to drive the development of the industrial cluster in Dongying.

　　“For building the biggest production base of GSHP in Shandong, Hailifeng has invested about 0.78 billion yuan in constructing the volume-production base of GSHP,” said a worker. Once the base is in place, Hailifeng can achieve an annual production of 5,000 pump, with 0.9 billion yuan of sales revenues and 0.15 billion yuan of taxes.

　　Hailifeng is included in the 2016 top 100 companies for energy-saving service in China and the top 10 companies for GSHP manufacturing. The Electric workover rig is on the list of the key Sinopec petroleum equipment projects during the 12th Five-Year Plan.
