The interview delegation of “Culture Heritage Protection” arrived at Jingzhi town, the city of Qilu liquor, to explore the traditional brewing techniques and the thousand-year long culture of Lujiu.

The site of Nanjiaochang aquavit workshop, one of the 72 aquavit workshops in ancient Jingzhi town, covers an area of 400 square meters with over 100 fermentation pits. The ancient wine-making techniques in the Ming and Qing dynasties are relatively well-preserved here.

The city of liquor is a large-scale building imitating the ancient city in the Han Dynasty to showcase the long history of Jingzhi town’s wine culture, brewing technique, human landscape and glorious achievements.

The Jingzhi Liquor Culture Expo Center mainly displays the brief history of Chinese liquor, the characteristics of Chinese alcohol and the ancient brewing technique of the making of Jingzhi Jiu.
