Haiyang county of Yantai, Shandong province ranked 27th in the list of the 2015 China's Top 100 Summer Resort & Leisure Counties, released recently by the Asia-Pacific Environmental Protection Association (APEPA).

　　The list is part of the 2015 Lists of Top China and World's Summer Resort Cities, which include mountains, cities, counties and towns ideal for summer vacation in China and abroad.

　　Being one of the three counties of Shandong, which made into the list, Haying is a coastal city located in the center of the prime tourist trio of Qingdao, Yantai, and Weihai. It is famous for beautiful beaches, national forest parks, wetland reserves and yachting games. In 2012, it hosted the third Asian Beach Games.
