Sanxian Mountain Scenic Area

　　Sima Qian has such words in his Records of the Historian: there exists three immortal mountains in the ocean, namely, Penglai, Fangzhang and Yingzhou, where the immortal resides. On Sept. 17, the interview team of "Hometown of Confucius, Shandong China" Coverage Activity of National Famous Historical and Cultural Cities visits Sanxian Mountain Scenic Area to experience the “Mythological Fairyland, Penglai Reappearance”.

　　Sanxian Mountain Scenic Area is a national 5A tourist attraction and also a national cultural industry demonstration base, composed by Sanhe Grand Hall, Penglai Island, Yingzhou Fairyland, Yingzhou Academy, Treasure Pavilion and Yufo Temple, etc. The Scenic Area, modeled after the history and culture of “Sanxian Mountain”, took three years of construction to bring people’s imaginative fairyland into reality.
